I'm taking part in Bandanna Day to stand up to cancer!

I’m taking part in Canteen’s Bandanna Day this year to support young people when cancer crashes into their world.

Canteen is the game changer. They help young people cope with cancer in their family, rebuild their foundations and connect with others in the same boat.

Please help me to reach my goal and together we can take a stand for young people affected by cancer.

Yesterday I did the big shave.  Hair was flying like a scene from Edward Scissorhands!!!

I've got 4 plaits to donate and most importantly, thanks to your generous support, we've raised almost $3000!

That's over 30 families who will be able to receive support from Canteen!

Thank you all so much to everyone who has donated and shown support in other ways.  Big shout out to Crissy, who donated her time and skills with the clippers.  Couldn't have done it without you.

Hi All, 

You may recall in March 2016 I did the worlds Greatest Shave to raise money for people affected by Leukaemia.

Unfortunately, because my hair was dyed, at the time I could not donate my hair, and that has bugged me for ages.

Thanks to covid Lockdowns, I now have with long silver locks, and I plan to cut my hair short again, and donate my hair to make wigs.  

Raising money for CANTEEN  will be an added bonus.  

Please give generously and show your support for young people with cancer.
