I'm taking part in Canteen's Bandanna Day!
This year, I'm supporting Canteen's Bandanna Day by selling bandannas to help young people impacted by cancer.
As a mum, this cause is incredibly close to my heart. In 2003, my daughter was diagnosed with leukaemia at just three years old. Our family experienced firsthand the fear, uncertainty and challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis, and it's an experience that has inspired me to champion causes that support young people and families navigating similar journeys.
Every year, another 23,000 young Australians are impacted by cancer. Whether they are facing their own diagnosis or supporting a parent, sibling or loved one through cancer, the impact can be life-changing. Canteen provides vital counselling, support and connections to help young people and their families rebuild their foundations and know they are not alone.
I would be so grateful if you would consider purchasing a bandanna and wearing it proudly on Bandanna Day. Your support will help provide life-changing services to young Australians when they need them most.
Thank you for helping make a difference.
