I'm taking part in Bandanna Day to stand up to cancer!

I’m taking part in Canteen’s Bandanna Day this year to support young people when cancer crashes into their world.

Canteen is the game changer. They help young people cope with cancer in their family, rebuild their foundations and connect with others in the same boat.

Please help me to reach my goal and together we can take a stand for young people affected by cancer.

Hi All
So at this stage, I have a large cancerous tumour in my bronchial, right in the centre of my chest. 
Extensive scans and testing have not shown where the cancer has originated from, just that I have a secondary tumour with no primary location. 
Lungs, breasts, heart, brain, ear, nose, throat, colon and ovaries have all shown perfect bill of health. 

I have started radiation and chemotherapy as the tumor cut off 50 percent �pacity in my left airway and 15% in the right. Hopefully the sucker is starting to shrink and I can start to breathe better.  
I’ll be living in Bunbury Monday to Friday for the next 5 weeks, due to daily treatments. My boys, Luke and family have also been highly impacted by this news and I just ask that you all be gentle. .
 
So, In short. 
At this stage I am a complete enigma to the doctors and specialists , but they are excellent and will get to the bottom of it. 

The most important thing was to start emergency radiation and chemo, then they can adapt accordingly as we find out more.
I have awesome support around me and I am positive and staying strong and healthy.

Support kids 12-25 who are either directly or indirectly impacted by cancer

By participating in bandanna day, I can help raise money for young Australians affected by these uncertain times.
