No Bandanna Day Bike Ride but I'll still be raising funds and awareness for Canteen!
It was 25 years ago that the first Bandanna Day Bike Ride took place in the Bega Valley. It started off with a handful of riders and grew to 100+ riders taking up the challenge each year.
Schoolkids, teachers, regular cyclists and the once a year champions raised funds, sold bandannas and then rode the challenging hills of the Bega Valley in support of Bandanna Day.
The end result saw $190,000+raised over 13 years as well as the much needed awareness for the CanTeen organisation.
There is no bike ride anymore but raising funds and awareness for the amazing organisation is still important to me.
So I'll be selling bandannas throughout October to support young people impacted by cancer.
Buy your bandanna today and provide life-changing support for young people impacted by cancer.
Thank you and Carpe Diem 🙏
